WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR THERAPIST

* Client will be provided with competent and professional services.
* We maintain a safe and clean environment.
* Client will be treated with the utmost respect and dignity regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, body type, or state of health.
* We will refer client to a qualified specialist when specific work is not within our scope of practice.
* Client confidentiality and accurate records are maintained at all times.
* We remain current with the latest techniques and research available.
* Our therapists reserve the right to deny treatment if treatment is contraindicated to the client’s health and safety.


EXPECTATIONS OF THE CLIENT

* It is highly recommended that you show up fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Sessions starting late due to     client tardiness are not guaranteed full treatment time, due to interference with the next scheduled appointment.
* Cancellation without 24 hour notice will be responsible for 50% charge of treatment.
* Bounced checks are subject to a $30.00 charge along with the repayment.
* All treatments are of a therapeutic nature.  There is no sexual contact involved in Massage Therapy.  Sexual harassment will not be  tolerated. If the therapist feels his/her safety is compromised, treatment will be terminated and full payment will be enforced.
* Full communication is encouraged between client and therapist so we can ensure optimal comfort durring treatment.  We encourage  you to give your therapist feedback and ask any questions that may concern you during your visit.
* All clients are expected to bathe before their appointment to ensure proper hygiene.
